What determines the required level of language proficiency - Full and partial recognition of diploma?

The required level of language proficiency depends on whether your diploma will be fully or partially recognized. If it is fully recognized, language knowledge is not required. However, for a partially recognized diploma, a language proficiency level of A2 is necessary.

A partially recognized diploma means that there is only a smaller number of practice hours compared to the German system. By working in your field, you can make up for the missing hours and achieve full recognition of your diploma.
